Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica recognizes new inductees

Benjamin Logan High School students were recently inducted into the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (Spanish National Honor Society) during a ceremony at the school. New members are pictured, from the left, in the first row: Keaton Varner, Taylor Shoffner, Carter Daniels, Miah Definbaugh, Josey Queen, Winnie Bodin, Kate Hahn, Ava Liles, Bailey Lewis, Kaylie Neal, Kate Gulch, Claire Rhodes, Keeli Rostofer, Lily Rudolph, Tristan Sheets. Current members are pictured, from the left, in the second row: Madelyn Harmon, Alison Fay, Lauren Hemmelgarn, Joslin Wilber, Abby Henry, Lahna Cook, Noah Stanford, Taytum Daniels, Eric Hughe and Graham Studebaker. The mission of the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica is to recognize high school achievement in Spanish and to promote interest in Hispanic studies. Students with a 3.30 GPA in Spanish/ 3.00 GPA overall become academically eligible on the year they enroll in the Spanish 3 course.
