Morgan’s Place, located in southeastern Shelby County, is a ministry with a mission to ease the burden for families who have lost a child through miscarriage, stillbirth or abortion.

The gospel group Soul’d Out will perform for the second annual “Food for the Soul” benefit for Morgan’s Place. Plans for a dinner and concert are set for Saturday evening, Oct. 28, at the Winner Harvest Barn, 7317 State Route 47, DeGraff, Ohio.

Doors open at 5 p.m. and the meal is served at 6 p.m. William and Taylor Underwood will share their story honoring their son Emmett Arlo, and Soul’d Out begins their concert at 7 p.m. Activities also include a live quilt auction at 8 p.m., along with a raffle and 50/50 drawing.

Soul’d Out is comprised of Matt Rankin, Philip Kolb and Jason McAtee. The group travels the country with a mission of evangelism and discipleship to not only win souls for Christ by telling the world “what the world doesn’t know,” but also to further strengthen and encourage God’s people to be the salt and light to the world and ambassadors for Christ.
