Roberta “Birdie” Miller, 69, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away peacefully at Genacross Lutheran Home in Holland, Ohio on November 2, 2023. Birdie was born in Oak Hill, Ohio on September 7, 1954 to Mathem and Elsie Maynard.
Birdie was a social butterfly whose personality was larger than life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, doing puzzles and playing cards. Birdie had a strong faith in God and was a member of the High Point Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed.
Birdie is survived by her loving sons, Christopher and Jeffery, grandchildren Austin and Lexi, brother David (Brenda) Maynard, and several extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mathem and Elsie Maynard.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Friendly Senior Center 934 S. Main Street, Bellefontaine, OH from 1 to 5 p.m., conducted by Pastor John James. Calling hours will be from 1 to 2 p.m. The Celebration of Life Memory Service will begin at 2 p.m. Meal will follow immediately after.
