Robert Lee “Bob” Craig, Jr.

155

Robert Lee “Bob” Craig, Jr., 59, of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025, at his home after a long, hard fought battle with diabetes.

Bob was born in Bellefontaine on June 27, 1965, to the late Robert Lee Craig, Sr. and Wanda R. (Houchin) Byrge.   He was also preceded in death by his son Joshua Brewer.

Bob is survived by his daughter Sarah Craig; two grandsons: Zander and Brody Impson; brothers: Rick (Angie) Craig and Phillip Shroyer; step-brother Eddie Reetz; sisters: Amber (Rob) Kerns and Andi (Jon) Huffman; step-dad Eddie R. Byrge; bonus son Blake Davis; step-daughter Kelli (Dennis) Stevenson; his life partner Dianna Dressback, and her children: Richard, Kate, Zachary, Brooklyn, and Kotomi; several nieces, nephews, and cousins he was close to.

Bob worked for nearly 20 years at HBD, then wrenched in his garage fixing cars.  He enjoyed riding his mower and mowing most of his neighbor’s yards.  Bob was always there for everyone and had the biggest heart – he would help whoever whenever he could.  Bob’s pride and joy was his grandsons and his Harley.  He attended Walnut Grove United Methodist Church, and will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.

The family will receive friends from 4-6pm on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Bellefontaine, where Pastor David Moore will officiate Bob’s memorial service at 6pm.
