Robert L. Carlson, 70, of Lakeview, OH, passed away Sunday night, September 28, 2025, at his home.
Robert was born on January 3, 1955, in Dayton, OH, a son of the late Lawrence W. Sr., and Grace (Alcorn) Carlson. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Carlson, Jr.
Bob is survived by his companion and wife, Boni (Bell) Laninfa, three children, Katrina (Matt) Brun of Bethel, OH, Amy (Steve Suverly) Carlson of Oregon, and Paxton Carlson of New York, five grandchildren, Kiera/Kaz Collins, Ethan Brun, Lux Gustavsen, Lavorra Suverly and Sheridan Suverly, six siblings, Marge Fallen of Hazen Green, KY, Dorothy (Del) Prater, Tonja “Jean” Booher, and Richard “Scott” (Michelle) Carlson, all of Dayton, Floyd “Butch” (Connie) Carlson of Indian Lake, and Marilyn “Sue” Carlson of Marysville, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
Bob attended Indian Lake High School. He was a truck driver who drove for AML and retired from FEDEX. Bob enjoyed being outdoors, deer hunting, mushroom hunting, and was an avid fisherman. He also enjoyed shooting pool and playing cards. Bob loved his O
