Benjamin Logan’s girls and boys bowling teams were tripped up by host Urbana on Thursday in a Central Buckeye Conference match at Southwest Bowl.
The Hillclimbers edged the Lady Raiders by 21 pins for a 2,391-2,370 victory.
Erica Warned led Ben Logan with games of 206 and 204 for a 410 series, Kaylee Nicholas had games of 180 and 205 for a 385 series and Ashley Gantt added games of 179 and 162 for a 341 series.
In girls junior varsity action, Ben Logan topped Urbana 1,644-1,246. Emma Gradias paced the Raiders with games of 158 and 148 for a 306 series and Autumn Dyer rolled a 156 game.
Urbana’s boys dropped Ben Logan 2,915-2,418 to remain undefeated on the season at 5-0.
Brady Stover was the high roller for the Raiders with a game of 257, Zach Boger had a game of 239 and Gage Hamm had a game of 187.

BHS girls oust Tigers
Bellefontaine’s girls bowling team cruised past West Liberty-Salem 1,964-1,567 on Thursday.
Akayla Ryan led the Chiefs with a 208 game and 382 series, Kiana Oppy had a 170 game and 296 series, Leyla Johnson had a 167 game and Macie Smith added a 133 game.
Emmanuel Christian’s bowling team defeated West Liberty-Salem and Bellefontaine’s junior varsity team Thursday in a tri-match at Southwest Bowl.
The Lions won with 2,552, the Chieftains were second with 2,340 and the Tigers were third with 2,285 pins.
Drake Argabright powered the Chieftains with games of 255 and 166 for a 421 series, Chad Gossard-Miller rolled games of 172 and 208 for a 380 series, Landon Gibbs had a 179 game, Spencer Lane had a 144 game and Quinn Allmon had a 137 game.
Nate Aldo led the Tigers with a 204 game. Logan Tompkins rolled a 199 game, Isaac Riblet had a 197 game, Andrew McCall rolled a 172 game, Bobby Rollins recorded a 149 game and Adam Watkins had a 121 game.
