Raider Quiz Bowl Team named Top Small School at contest

The Benjamin Logan Quiz Bowl team showcased their talent and determination on Saturday, Jan. 25, competing in the inaugural Parkway Invitational at Parkway High School. 

With a 6-1 record, the Raiders earned third place overall out of 16 teams in a competitive field and were recognized as the Top Small School in the competition.

Senior Tristan Sheets led the charge for the Raiders, earning 99.29 points per game, which secured him second place overall out of 68 competitors. His outstanding performance anchored the team’s success. 

Senior Kameron Lockwood and Sophomore Emily LeVan also made significant contributions, helping drive the team to their remarkable finish.

Looking ahead, the Benjamin Logan Quiz Bowl team is preparing to defend their title in the CBC Quiz Bowl League, where they will compete against other schools from the Central Buckeye Conference. 

Additionally, the team has its sights set on the Small School National Championship in Rosemont, Ill., scheduled for the end of April.
