Phyllis L. Davis, 90, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 7:49 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Logan Acres Care Center. She was born in Lewistown, Ohio on August 1, 1933, to the late Carl and Nellie (Hone) Evans.
In July of 1971, Phyllis married Lloyd D. Davis, and he preceded her in death in 2007.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula (Wendell) Baughman; sons, Mike Ransbottom, Rick (Mary) Ransbottom, and Mark (Teri) Ransbottom. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Along with her parents and husband, Phyllis was also preceded in death by her son, Tim Ransbottom and a great grandson, Austin Cozad.
Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her family along with quilting, crocheting and watching NASCAR. She also was an animal lover in which she had many cats and dogs over her lifetime.
A private family burial will take place at Rea Cemetery at a later date.
