Norma Varner Peloquin, 76, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, on January 27, 1949, the daughter of the late Vernon Leigh and Leabelle (Baier) Varner. She was also preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

She is survived by her son, Jeff (Tonya) Peloquin of South Bloomfield, Ohio, her significant other, Kenneth “Kenny” Chamberlain of Bellefontaine, seven grandchildren, Kayla, Kimberlee, Emily, Nicole, Penelope, Owen, and Wesley, two great grandchildren, Brooklin and Daniel, two sisters, Nancy Rogers and Vada Morris, two brothers, Roy Varner and John Varner and many nieces and nephews.

Norma was a 1968 graduate of Belle Center High School, and she worked as an associate at Honda of America, retiring from the Marysville Auto Plant. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, feeding and watching birds, but most of all she enjoyed the time she spent with her family and especially her grandchildren.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a funeral service on Friday, March 28, at noon at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 316 N. Elizabeth St., Belle Center, OH 43310. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Friday, from 10 a.m. to noon and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center.
