De’Quan Harmon, 24 of Lima, was cited for failure to control after a single-vehicle crash Friday, Oct. 25, on Lake Drive at Oak Street in Lakeview.
Harmon was driving an eastbound 2010 Buick Enclave about 9:50 a.m. on Lake Drive when it struck a fire hydrant and a stop sign, Logan County Sheriff’s deputies report.
Harmon did not report any injuries. He was wearing a seat belt.
Damage to the Buick was disabling.
