No citations issued in injury crash

Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were unable to determine the at-fault driver of a crash that occurred shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at the intersection of Madriver Street and Chillicothe Avenue. Elizabeth Konz, 53, of Bellefontaine, was traveling northbound through the intersection at Madriver and Chillicothe when the white Infiniti sedan she was driving collided with a white Chevy SUV operated by Amanda Salyer, 37, of Russells Point, traveling westbound through Chillicothe Avenue. Salyer was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS. Konz sustained possible minor injuries. Both motorists claimed to have had the right-of-way green light through the intersection and officers were unable to identify any witnesses to confirm which driver had the light.
