New firefighter takes oath of office

Kennedy promoted to assistant fire chief
Benjamin Kennedy, center, has been a Bellefontaine Fire Department firefighter for 23 years and Tuesday evening, Oct. 3, he was promoted to the rank of assistant fire chief.
