Mary G. Thomas, 92, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024, while residing at Bentley Village in Naples, Florida.
Mary was born on March 23, 1932, in Lindsay, California, daughter of the late Herbert and Edna Fullerton Hall. Mary and Bob Thomas married in 1952 and had two sons, Timothy and Lindsay. They moved to Naples, Florida in 1991 and became residents there after living in Bellefontaine, Ohio for many years.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” A. Thomas on March 7, 2020; son Timothy Thomas in 1971; son Lindsay Thomas in 1995; and brother Fred Hall in 2022. She is survived by nephews, nieces, and extended family.
Mary enjoyed spending time with her husband Bob of 67 years especially traveling to the cabin in Canada, fishing, and flying Bob’s Lance airplane from Ohio to California to visit their son Lindsay. Mary loved to entertain her friends and hosted many dinner parties. She had many passions to include golfing and dancing. She was a person who loved life and people, especially her many years at Imperial Country Club. Mary is now entertaining her blessed angels in heaven with her two sons and beloved Bob. They shared a challenging, exciting, and loving life together and were truly blessed.
Memorial contributions may be given in Mary’s memory to Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, AVOW Hospice of Naples, Florida, and Cancer Alliance of Naples, Florida.
