Anthony Treen II, 51 of Lakeview, was charged with theft and criminal trespass relating to an incident Tuesday, Aug. 8.
Officers of the Washington Township Police Department were dispatched to 8935 Chestnut Street, Lot 55; in reference to a theft.
Upon arrival, officers met with the victim, who advised Anthony Treen II, 51 of Lakeview came onto her property and stole a car jack that was underneath her mobile home.
While attempting to remove the jack, the mobile home moved slightly, possibly causing structural damage.
Officers and deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office located Treen at his residence. He admitted to removing the car jack from the property and was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail and lodged.
