A Logan County grand jury returned indictments this week charging 20 defendants.
• Keila T. Lyburtus, 31, of Bellefontaine: two counts of forgery, third-degree felonies; forgery, a fourth-degree felony; forgery, a fifth-degree felony; identity fraud, a second-degree felony; identity fraud, a third-degree felony; identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated theft, a third-degree felony;
• Joshua L. Sparks, 34, of Bellefontaine: two counts of forgery, third-degree felonies; forgery, a fourth-degree felony; forgery, a fifth-degree felony; identity fraud, a second-degree felony; identity fraud, a third-degree felony; identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated theft, a third-degree felony;
• Ethan B. Gilmore, 24, of Bellefontaine: illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a second-degree felony; and two counts of pandering sexual-oriented material involving a minor or impaired person, fourth-degree felonies;
• Sierra Johnston, 37, of Canal Winchester: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
• Jonathon L.P. Golden, 24, of Bellefontaine: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a second-degree felony; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; multiple specifications for forfeiture of a gun in a drug case; and one-year prison term specifications for the drug charges;
• Tyler M. Cosgrove, 26, of Massillon: grand theft of a motor vehicle; a fourth-degree felony; and misdemeanor counts of operation of a vessel in an unsafe manner and fail to stop and furnish information after an accident;
• Austin A. Smith, 36, of Bellefontaine: theft, a fifth-degree felony; forgery, a fifth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony;
• Alexander Tamin, 28, of Grove City: rape, a first-degree felony;
• Kellye C. Gallant, 35, of Beavercreek: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor domestic violence;
• Ariel A. Hoisington, 30, of Bellefontaine: misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and operating a vehicle under the influence of a listed controlled substance or a listed metabolite of a controlled substance; and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony;
• Tommy L. Neeley, 62, of Lakeview: strangulation, a third-degree felony; and misdemeanor assault;
• Jason C. Puckett, 30, of Lakeview: possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine, a third-degree-felony; and specifications for forfeiture of money;
• Steven B. Huffman, 55, of Lewistown: possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Bryan A. Burgert, 38, of Springfield: grand theft, a fourth-degree felony;
• Jayda R. McAbee, 23, of Lima: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Ryan M. Tuggle, 41, of Springfield: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor resisting arrest;
• Breanne M. Harrington, 26, of Bellefontaine: theft, a fifth-degree felony;
• Sean C. Brisson, 38, of Bellefontaine: two counts of attempted kidnapping, second-degree felonies; menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of retaliation, third-degree felonies; and firearm specifications;
• Lisa M. Graham, 56, of Bellefontaine: failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and
• Dennis R. Riley, 43, of DeGraff: attempted murder, a first-degree felony; strangulation, a third-degree felony; and misdemeanor domestic violence.
