Logan County grand jury hands up August indictments

More than 30 people were indicted recently by a Logan County grand jury.
August indictments handed up include:

• Angela R. Nutt, 35, of Orient: Failure to appear, fourth-degree felony;
• David J. Cole, 52, of Sand Creek, Mich.,: Failure to appear, fourth-degree felony;
• Joshua R. Sloas, 30, of Russells Point: Failure to appear, fourth-degree felony;
• Derek M. Northcutt, 23, at-large: Having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. a fourth-degree felony, trafficking in marijuana. a fifth-degree felony and two counts of receiving stolen property, fourth-degree felonies;
• Matthew B. Bugg, 30, of Urbana: Failure to appear, fourth-degree felony;
• Kaleb A. Jones, 19, of Lakeview: Aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony;
• Carrie R. Wildman, 47, of Sand Fork, W.Va.: Aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony;
• Joshua L. Workman, 29, of Wapakoneta: Aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony;
• Joseph Moore Ward, 35, of Bellefontaine: Felonious assault, a second-degree felony; two counts of strangulation, second-degree felonies and a misdemeanor count of assault;
• Evan G. Harris, 29, of New Lebanon: Domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor and strangulation, a second-degree felony;
• Ashley E. Devor, 41, of Lakeview: Theft, fifth-degree felony;
• Briana K. Mohler, 32, of Lakeview: Two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies;
• Brenda L. Klinger, 57, of Findlay: Having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, a first-degree misdemeanor and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. a fourth-degree felony
• Kelly L. Stover, 40, of Bellefontaine: Domestic violence, fourth-degree felony and aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor;
• Mike L. Catterson, 60. of Bellefontaine: Passing bad checks, fourth-degree felony, passing bad checks, fifth-degree felony and two misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks;
• Tyler D. Wilson, 27, of Alsip, Ill.,: Improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. a fourth-degree felony and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony;
• Anne N. Spain, 43, of West Mansfield: Endangering children, fourth-degree felony and domestic violence, fourth-degree felony;
• Aneil J. Diamond, 30, of Lakeview: Rape, first-degree felony.
