From the left, Indian Lake Schools Assistant Principal Pam Scarpella, ILES Principal Molly Hall and Superintendent Dr. Rob Underwood presented the Laker Zone program to members of the Ohio Board of Education this week. The PBIS Support Team team nominated the longtime positive behavior program to be highlighted at the highest level as an example for all schools to follow. Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Scarpella gave the history of the Laker Zone and what they do for tier one, two and three, which are state PBIS requirements.
