Riverside’s girls basketball team was represented by three of its players on this year’s all-Three Rivers Conference squad.
Senior Jade Copas was named to the all-TRC second team, while senior Ayva Stewart and sophomore Avery Perk were honorable mention selections.
Bethel, which went 14-0 in conference play to win the TRC champions, swept the top honors. The Bees’ Karley Moore was the player of the year and Danny Elam was the coach of the year.
Along with Moore, the first team included Covington’s Maggie Anderson, Milton-Union’s Jenna Brumbaugh and Rachel Jacobs, Bethel’s Kerrigan Calhoun, Northridge’s TriniteeFrazier and Miami East’s McKayah Musselman.
Copas was joined on the second team by Covington’s Carlie Besecker, Miami East’s Maryn Gross, Troy Christian’s Brooklyn Lady, Lehman Catholic’s Mara O’Leary and Bethel’s Rhyan Reittinger.
Filling out the honorable mention list were Covington’s Gracie Anderson and Avery Koffer, M-Union’s Ava Berberich and Kearsyn Robison, Bethel’s Emma Evans and Maddie Montgomery, Miami East’s Camryn Francis and Jacqueline Kadel, Lehman’s Taylor Geise and Layla Platfoot, Troy Christian’s Kathleen Johnson and Riley Orange and Northridge’s Jayah Martin and Javonan Jordan.
