Indian Lake’s girls basketball team lost to host Ft. Recovery 41-35 in a non-league game Monday night.
The Lakers are now 6-12 on the season. The Indians are now 4-11.
Indian Lake went toe-to-toe with the Indians in the first half.
The score was tied 6-6 after one quarter and the Indians led by one point (18-17) at halftime.
The Indians led by three (25-22) after three quarters and they outscored the Lakers 16-13 in the final period to close out the win.
Mackenzie Dixon scored a game-high 13 points to lead the Lakers. Stephanie Altstaetter had 12 points.
There was no junior varsity game.
Indian Lake is back in action Wednesday at Indian Lake.
