Bill Davis poses with Bellefontaine Elementary kindergartners during his recent visit, alongside Todd McCormick from the Logan County History Center, to share about Native Americans as a culmination of the kindergarten students’ study of the culture.The lessons focused on how Native Americans survived by hunting and growing crops. Kindergartners studied maps of the United States to view where different tribes lived and what kind of shelters they built.The students enjoyed the interactive visit with Davis and McCormick.
