Dear Dad, Grandpa, Uncle John – you showed us how to love, be devoted, and caring to family.  You set the bar high.  You are the brightest star in the night sky leading this family.

The family would like to thank the staff at Springfield Regional Medical Center ICU, especially Kelly and Deborah, for the care they provided to Dad.
