Jennie K. Ringler

582

Jennie K. Ringler, 59, of Bellefontaine, OH passed away as a true warrior on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous bout with cancer.

Jennie was born on March 28, 1966 in Bellefontaine to Ron and Brigitte “Kitty” (Jӧhl) Ringler.

A true salt of the earth hard worker, Jennie would go on to work across multiple local factories, including Siemens, Honda, Rittal and Bell Tech, following her graduation from the 1984 Class of Bellefontaine High School.

Born with a true green thumb, Jennie found some of her favorite moments of peace when she was in her garden tending to her beautiful flower beds. She also especially loved taking weekend trips on the Harley with the love of her life, John Guider. In her free time, Jennie was an avid fan of The Young and The Restless and was a diehard Michigan Wolverines and Chicago Bears fan. Most of all however, Jennie’s heart and zest for life was fullest when she was spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

Jennie is survived by her significant other of 25 years, John Guider; her mother Kitty; her sister, Chris Kiker; one niece, Chasity of Spencer, N.C.; special aunts, Anna Fabian of Bethel, PA, Erika Lipscomb of Radcliff, KY, and Johanna Wilde of Munich, Germany; as well as her special friends, John Downing and his sister Brenda, and Cheryl and Elaine.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Ringler; her paternal grandparents, Lewis and Jennie Ringler; her maternal grandparents, Karl and Karolina Jӧhl; as well as her aunt, Emilie Cotten, and uncle, Karl Jӧhl.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date at the family’s convenience.

Arrangements have been entrusted to VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, OH.
