RICHWOOD — Indian Lake hit the road and brought home a 5-0 win over North Union in Central Buckeye Conference baseball on Monday.
The Lakers improve their marks to 3-1 in the CBC and 4-2 overall.
Madden Lillard went all seven innings to get the win. He allowed six hits with no walks, and got five strikeouts.
Kolton Cummins got two hits and drove in one run. Cy Cummins and Colten Corcoran each had a double, with an RBI for Corcoran. Lillard also drove in a run.
With one out in the fourth, Kolton Cummins drew a walk. He would come around to score on a ball hit by Cooper Hall that was misplayed by North Union’s right fielder. Lillard followed up with a single to plate Hall.
In the fifth inning, Bryce Burton opened with a single. After Chance Persinger reached on an error, Corcoran doubled to to center to score Burton.
Jaxon Snipes walked, and Kolton Cummins singled to score Persinger. Corcoran later scored on a passed ball to account for the final margin.
Indian Lake plays at Shawnee today.

Kenton Ridge 10, Bellefontaine 0
SPRINGFIELD — Bellefontaine was shut out for the second straight game, losing in a game that ended in the fifth.
The Chieftains are 2-3 in the CBC and 3-5 overall.
The Cougars got one run in the third, then hung seven in the fourth and got the last two in the fifth.
Bellefontaine had one hit, which was by Sutton Daring.
Luke LeVan started and went 3 2/3 innings, giving up eight runs on nine hits. He walked three and struck out two. Jose Sandoval got the last out of the fourth. In the fifth, he allowed two singles and issued three walks.
The teams play again on Wednesday with the Chieftains as the home team.

Graham 6, Ben Logan 0
ST. PARIS — Graham shut out visiting Ben Logan in a CBC contest.
The Falcons scored three in the first inning, then one apiece in the second, fourth and sixth.
Jacob Hawley was the losing pitcher. He allowed nine hits, walked one and struck out four.
The Raiders got four hits on the day. Two were by Soli Hughes, and one apiece from AJ Griffith and Parker Yelton.
Ben Logan (3-2 CBC, 5-4 overall) hosts Kenton Ridge today.

West Jefferson 13, West Liberty-Salem 1
West Liberty-Salem took its first defeat of the 2025 season, falling to visiting West Jefferson in five innings.
The losing pitcher was starter Jake Evans. He was charged with 10 runs in 1 1/3 innings, with two hits and seven walks. Taking over in relief was Tim Howells. In 3 2/3 innings, he gave up three runs on three hits and four walks. Howells had three strikeouts.
The Tigers scored in the second inning. Isaac Sertell doubled, Isaiah Reames had two hits, and Brody Deam drove in the run
West Jefferson scored four in the first and six in the second, then got one in the third and two in the fifth.
West Liberty-Salem is 3-1 in the Ohio Heritage Conference and 4-1 overall.
The two sides clash again today at West Jefferson.
