Basketball Ball CloseUpIndian Lake’s boys basketball team came up a little short Saturday against Worthington Christian, falling 60-55 in the Battle of 614 event at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus.

The Lakers are now 6-7 on the season.

It was a tight game throughout, with the Warriors leading 20-19 after one quarter and 33-31 at halftime.

The score was deadlocked at 46-46 after three periods.

In the final quarter, Worthington Christian outscored the Lakers 14-9 to grab the win.
Caiden Nicol led the Lakers with 19 points. Avery Pequignot had 14 points, Dawson

Finfrock had 11 and Camdon Tuttle added six.

Indian Lake is back in action tonight at home against Tecumseh.
