Gary “Clyde” W. Campbell, 77, of Jackson Center, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Kindred Hospital, Lima, OH.

Gary was born on April 29, 1946, in Waynesfield, OH, a son of the late Herbert “Bill” and Relda Thomas Campbell. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Argabright.

Clyde is survived by two sons, Adam (Ashley) Campbell of Little Elm, TX, and Sean Campbell of Pueblo, CO, four grandchildren, Cade Campbell, Seven Campbell, Kenedy Campbell, and Avery Campbell, a sister, Karen Sue Wilson of Lakeview, OH, two nieces, Bonnie and Kimberley, and a nephew, Grant Wilson.

Clyde was a 1964 graduate of Indian Lake High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam. Clyde was a Jack-of-All-Trades and enjoyed working on motorcycles and cars, especially for his friends. He was a member of Doyle R. Miller Amvet Post #39, and Indian Lake Moose Lodge #1533. His greatest enjoyment was being with friends and riding his Harley-Davidson Motorcycle.

Reverend Bryan Meadows will begin a memorial service 2 p.m. Monday, July 3, at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St, Lakeview with visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. Inurnment will be at a later date in Dayton National Cemetery.
