Frances Kay Harlow, 56, of rural Jackson Center, OH, passed away peacefully, early Saturday morning, July 1, 2023, at Lima Memorial Health Systems surrounded by her family.

Frances was born on November 11, 1966, in Dayton, OH, a daughter of the late Carolyn Kay Holland Gilley and Raymond Edward (Judy Tiley) Gilley, who survives in Dayton. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Nicole Davidson.

Frances married Timothy Scott Harlow in Dayton on February 7, 1992, and he survives. She is also survived by five daughters, Jessica (John) Hiles of Kettlersville, OH, Shannon E. Wilson of Dayton, Ashley Wilson of Huber Heights, OH, Angela (Shaun Howell) Harlow of Lakeview, OH, and Amy Harlow of Russells Point, OH, 14 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and her mother-in-law, Brenda Harlow.

Frances previously worked at Holloway Sportswear in Jackson Center and earned her associate degree from Edison State College. She enjoyed listening to music and singing karaoke. Her greatest joy came from her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren, and her dogs.

A celebration of Frances’ life will begin at 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Doyle R. Miller Amvet Post #39 in Lakeview.
