Alice Ann Pruett of Bellefontaine, center, was honored with a flag that has flown over the Logan County Courthouse at her 100th birthday party Saturday, Aug. 26, at Campbell Place by Logan County Commissioners Joe Antram, left, and Mike Yoder. Mrs. Pruett, who was born in Bellefontaine on Aug. 25, 1923, met her husband, William “Bill” Pruett when he was serving in the U.S. Air Force’s 664th Aircraft Control & Warning Radar Squadron in Bellefontaine.
