Carol Lynn Joseph, 67, of Lakeview passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Carol was born August 11, 1955 in Bowling Green, OH to the late Lon S. and Darlene L. (Caldon) Varallo. On November 11, 2011 in Bowling Green, OH she married Kendall W. Joseph, who survives.

Carol retired from Bowling Green State University as a Housekeeping Manager after 25 years of dedicated work. She was a member of the Indian Lake Eagles #3615, the Indian Lake Moose Lodge #1533, as well as the Fraternal Order Orioles #173. Carol enjoyed vacations, which included living in Arizona, ATV trail riding, the casinos and playing the slots. She also enjoyed boating and her “Lake Life.”

Carol loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the love of her life. If Carol loved you, she loved you fiercely. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to get to know her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Kenny W. Joseph; children, Courtney (Scott Welch) Stone, Jeremy (Jill) Holland and Gregory (Amanda) Joseph; grandchildren, Tyler (Jaida) Stone, Abigail (Chandler) Farmer, Emily Joseph, Allison Joseph, Andrew Holland, Olivia Stone, Gregory Joseph Jr., Tony Stone and Mason Holland; great granddaughter, Wren Stone and one great grandchild on the way; siblings, Sandra Tolbert, Darlene Kemp, Lynn Harshman, Robert (Kris) Varallo; in-laws, Michael (Nancy) Joseph, Patrick (Renee) Joseph and Edward Breece; father-in-law, John (Arlene O’Bryant) Joseph; step-mother, Vicki Breece; many nieces and nephews, as well as her faithful K-9 companion, Buddy Boo-Boo.

She is preceded in death by her son, Bradley Joseph; siblings, Harold McDonald, Lon Varallo, and Gerald Joseph; step-father, Robert Breece.

A Celebration of Life will take place July, 8, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Indian Lake Eagles #3615, 14011 Collingwood Ave. Lakeview, OH 43331. A Private family burial will take place at a later date.
