The Bellefontaine Middle School seventh-grade team had their last “Weekly Celebration” on the final day of school. Each teacher picked students who showed exceptional traits in their personalities, relationships with students and staff, and academic performance in the subject. In addition, each teaching team chose Chieftain Pride MVPs. Award recipients earned an ice cream/popsicle treat and the MVPs also won a Dairy Queen gift card. Recipients include: 7 North — MVP: Emma Justin and Nolan Slayback; Social Studies: Trinity Fout and Thane Admire; Math: Sam Jenkins, Sloan Stolly and Caden Yoder; English language arts: Amari Hunsicker and Landon White; Science: Alivia May, Addison Prosser, and Jack Wilson; MVP: Ta’Kyis Savage; Social Studies: Fletcher Roberts and Trey Scott; Math: Axel Harmon and Vanessa Friedrich; English language arts: Sophia Resch and CeCe Reier; and Science: Grady Graham and Sam Kline.
