The Bellefontaine High School DARE Club hosted the 14th annual BHS Powderpuff competition at AcuSport Stadium Monday night, Oct. 23.
Proceeds were donated to Relay for Life. Girls from each of the four high school classes assembled teams.
The juniors defeated the freshmen in the first game. The seniors then beat the sophomores.
The seniors ran past the juniors 12-0 in the championship game.
The teams were coached by football players and other male students from their respective class.
About 70 students participated during the evening.
BHS DARE Club Adviser Matt Gallaway said more than $1,050 was raised for Relay for Life.
There was a $3 donation at the gate.
Money was also raised from T-shirt sales and the concession stand.
