The Bellefontaine High School “A” Team beat out 22 other teams Wednesday evening, March 15, to win the 24th annual Trivia Bee hosted by the American Association of University Women at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center. The winners, who answered 74 out of 100 questions correctly, were tied with the Roundhouse Depot Brewing Co. at the end of the 10-round event, but the latter lost after failing to provide an answer for a tie-breaker question. Proceeds from the event provide funding to send two female county middle school students to the Be Wise STEM camp at Muskingum University in New Concord, and grants for local teachers via the Logan County Education Foundation.
