The Bellefontaine Elementary School parking lot is expanding, with Fulkerson Trucking and Excavating starting work on the project during the last week. The project will create an additional 20 plus spaces that will help, especially during preschool drop off and pick up. It is funded through the originally established building maintenance fund, not the general budget. Crews are expected to finish the project by early July. (BCS PHOTO)
