Kyah Moore threw a gem in the pitching circle to lead host Benjamin Logan to a 3-0 win over rival Bellefontaine in a Division II sectional softball tournament game Thursday.

The second-seeded Raiders are now 17-7 on the season and they advance to play third-seeded Tippecanoe at home Tuesday in the sectional final.

Bellefontaine ends its season with a 13-13 record.

Ben Logan did all of the scoring in the second and third innings.

The Raiders, who were able to avenge a regular-season loss to the Chiefs, plated a pair of runs in the bottom of the third and added another run in the fourth.

Moore allowed only two hits while striking out nine to get the win for the Raiders.

Ben Logan’s offense collected nine hits.

Moore and Rhea Harner each went 2-3 with a triple to spark the Raiders. Jillian Plikerd, Brooks Myers and Bailee Stover each had a double to aid the victory.

Emma Crabtree and Kassi Prine had hits for BHS.
