The sixth-grade Bellefontaine boys basketball team wrapped up its season this weekend with a strong showing, finishing runner-up in the Gold Bracket at the Triad Classic.
Bellefontaine closed out regular-season play with an 8-3 record in the Miami Valley Youth Basketball League, capping off a year marked by steady growth and competitive play.
The team continued to improve each time it took the floor and developed consistency on both ends of the court as the season progressed. Their runner-up finish at the Triad Classic highlighted the strides made throughout the year.
Team members included Teran Benton, Austin Bland, Dustin Rogan, Krew Frey, Theo Vigansky, Houston Johnson, Kyndrik Shazier, Drayden Lyburtus and Jonathan Harvey, and coaches Theresa Vigansky, Dustin Rogan, and Kaine Ransome.
