The annual Belle Center fireworks, a patriotic tradition that has stretched for more than 40 years through dedicated volunteer efforts, were rain delayed for about 40 minutes Thursday evening, July 4. The show still wowed the masses who were gathered at the Richland Township Park and around the village after a day full of fun Independence Day festivities.
