Indian Lake-area residents headed to downtown Lakeview on Thursday, Aug. 24, for the Osgood Bank Fourth Thursday Food Truck Rally & Back-to-School event. And, once again, the Amvets Women’s Auxiliary Post #39 was there to raise money through walking tacos and bottles of water. Every penny they made will go toward scholarships for Indian Lake students. “It’s for whatever they need—books, tuition, etc.,” auxiliary member and volunteer Marsha Metcalfe said.
