Amy Maria Anderson, 56, of Bellefontaine, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024.
Amy was born in Bellefontaine on July 2, 1968, to the late Woodrow Allen Anderson and Gladys Marie (Brown) Anderson.
Amy is survived by her children: Tanner Anderson, Braden Brugler, Hunter Burris, and Madison Burris; 2 granddaughters: Kaylee Burris and Lillian Lowe; 5 siblings: Dale (Robin) Webb, Allen (Kaprice) Anderson, John (Teresa) Anderson, Laurie Anderson, and Kyle Anderson; her furry friends: Bozo the dog, and Zombie the cat; and several nieces and nephews.
Amy was born and raised in Bellefontaine and was a 1986 graduate of Bellefontaine High School. Amy worked at Honda for several years, and resided in Port Clinton for many years, before returning to Bellefontaine. She was a huge Rolling Stones fan, loved animals, enjoyed helping people, and was a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
A celebration of Amy’s life will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Harold Kerr American Legion Post #173, 120 Colton Ave. Bellefontaine, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 2545 Farmers Drive, Suite #300, Columbus, OH 43235.
