Aaliyah Mildred Miller,13 days old, passed away in the loving arms of her parents Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Aaliyah was born January 25, 2023, in Columbus to Benjamin Chandler and Darbi Renae (Himmeger) Miller.

Our sweet Aaliyah, you were just too perfect and beautiful for this world.  From the moment we laid eyes on you, our hearts became full, and we knew we loved you more than anything. You filled us with joy and so much happiness and forever changed us in the short time we were given with you. You had so much love, feistiness, personality and were so strong for no bigger than you were. Getting to love you, hold you and care for you the two weeks you were here was the best two weeks we’ve ever had. We miss you so much and can hardly wait to the day we are reunited with you in Heaven. Love you forever, mommy and daddy.

Aaliyah is survived by her loving parents, Benjamin & Darbi Miller; grandparents Elizabeth (Eric) Bailey, Guy Miller, and Mark and Tami Himmeger. Aunts and Uncles Michael and Megan Himmeger, Jacob and Emily Miller, Ryan Miller and Grace Tomlin.

A time of gathering for family and friends in recognition of Aaliyah’s life will take place at Jennings, Farley & Seeley Funeral Home on Saturday February 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. At 3 p.m., a celebration of life and time of remembrance will be held for family members, conducted by Pastor Jason Robson.

The Miller family is in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory. Online condolences may be expressed at www.jenningsfarley.com.
