William Meddings enjoys the fruits of his labor at the Logan County Fair chili cook-off Saturday morning, July 15. Meddings grabbed the Best of Show award with his new spicy chili, called “A Night Twister,” which featured flank steak, roasted habaneros, cayenne pepper and … orange juice.
