CBC announces 2025–26 girls basketball all-conference teams

The Central Buckeye Conference has announced its 2025–26 girls basketball all-conference selections, recognizing standout performers across the league’s Kenton Trail and Mad River divisions following the conclusion of conference play.

London claimed the Kenton Trail Division championship with a perfect 10–0 conference record, while North Unionmatched that mark to secure the Mad River Division title, also finishing 10–0 in league play.

In the Kenton Trail Division, Urbana senior Alex Dixon was named Player of the Year after a standout season.

Joining Dixon on the Kenton Trail First Team were Bellefontaine junior Hailee Lamb, London junior Addison Lambert, Tecumseh senior Rieley Lokai, Jonathan Alder sophomore Kennedy McGrath, and Kenton Ridge senior Summer Swords.

The Second Team included London juniors Madilyn Adkins and freshmen Mya Edley and Makaylah Jackson, Kenton Ridge junior Addison Jenkins, and Urbana juniors Olivia MacKendrick and Brylee Spriggs.

Special Mention honors went to Bellefontaine junior Grace Brown, London senior Katelyn Duvall, Kenton Ridge freshman Kendall Glass, Jonathan Alder sophomore Izzy Griffin, Tecumseh sophomore Ava Loudenback, and Urbana junior Lola Rice.

Kenton Trail Sportsmanship Award recipients were Kenton Ridge sophomore Dani Brownlee, London junior Gracie Howe, Tecumseh senior Aubree Newman, Urbana junior Janaya Scott, Bellefontaine sophomore Sloan Stolly, and Jonathan Alder senior Caroline Timberlake.

In the Mad River Division, Graham junior Zoey Conn earned Player of the Year honors following an impressive season.

Mad River First Team selections were Glory Blevins of North Union (sophomore), Lilly Bushey of Northwestern (sophomore), Zoey Conn of Graham (junior), Kennedy Harrah of North Union (senior), Gabby Lindsey of North Union (junior), Riley McAlexander of Graham (junior), and Carly Strayer of Indian Lake (senior).

The Mad River Second Team included Kylie Harner of Benjamin Logan (junior), Kailin McElroy of North Union (junior), Aubree Risner of Northwestern (freshman), Kennedy Schwaderer of Indian Lake (senior), Lily Wilson of Shawnee (junior), and Grace Yukon of Graham (junior).

Mad River Special Mention honors went to Bailey Britton of Graham (junior), Kailyn Colegrove of North Union (senior), Hadley Mattern of Shawnee (freshman), Rylan Norviel of Benjamin Logan (senior), Rya Pequignot of Indian Lake (sophomore), and Peyton Roseberry of Northwestern (sophomore).

Mad River Sportsmanship Award recipients were Reese Blauvelt of Shawnee (sophomore), Kennedy Fultz of Northwestern (junior), Adilynne Gregg of Benjamin Logan (senior), Alivia Kinney of Indian Lake (sophomore), Kyndall Manley of Graham (sophomore), and Emma McElroy of North Union (senior).

All-conference selections were determined through voting by Central Buckeye Conference coaches and reflect individual performance, leadership and sportsmanship throughout the 2025–26 season.
