Grady Graham scored in the first half, with Anderson Konz making the assist.
BHS coach Steve Henry said, “What a great win for this team and this program. We’re so proud of them. Urbana has a really good team. They’re physical and talented. But it was senior night and we played with a lot of passion. Our 5 seniors have had a rough go of it over their career but they’ve stuck it out. I just can’t say how happy I am for them and all of the guys to get a big win like this in front of a great crowd that brought a lot of positive energy to the stadium. Back to back wins and back to back shutouts. The defensive crew probably doesn’t get enough of the limelight but they come to play every night.”
Bellefontaine hosts Elida on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. to finish the regular season. They will then play at Tippecanoe at 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the Division III sectionals.

Also, we moved the ball much better tonight than we have been. As always there is some more to work on, and with Urbana coming to town we will need to be on our best. But for now we can enjoy a much deserved win.”
