Patti A. Hughes, 61, of Huntsville, OH, passed away, early Saturday morning, September 27, 2025, at The James, Columbus, OH.
Patti was born on May 13, 1964, in Bellefontaine, OH, a daughter of the late Tom Edwards, and Ginny Miller Edwards, who survives in Huntsville.
Patti married Bruce Hughes at Lewistown United Methodist Church on June 4, 1983, and he survives. She is also survived by their sons, Ryan Hughes, Josh (Sierra) Hughes, and Ross (Jess) Hughes, all of Huntsville, 11 grandchildren, Calebb, Colten, Haley, Alexa, Rowen, Maddox, Solomon, Brennan, Bella, Baylor, and Saylor, two siblings, Kim (Rick) Gist of Belle Center, and Rick Edwards of Huntsville, several nieces and nephews, and best friends, Deanna “Peaches”, and Chris Edwards.
Patti attended Indian Lake High School. She had a “Green Thumb” and could grow anything. She loved animals, spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren’s events.
Reverend Bryan Meadows will begin funeral services at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Shoffstall Funeral Home 205 S. Main St, Lakeview, with visitation from 11-1. Burial will follow in Huntsville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Patti’s memory to Logan County Cancer Society c/o Mary Rutan Hospital, 205 W. Palmer, Bellefontaine, OH 43311.
