Shirley L. Parker, 76, of Russells Point, OH passed away early Monday morning, September 15, 2025, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
Shirley was born on March 4, 1949, in Lima, OH, a daughter of the late William and Leila Vanessa (Taulbee) Prater. She is preceded in death by an infant sister, Carrie Prater, a sister, Vernida Kay Boldman, an infant great granddaughter, Lehalani Westlynn-Marie Robinson, and an infant great grandson, Collin Sheffield.
Shirley is survived by three sons, William Dennis Robinson, James Howard Robinson, and Douglas Eugene Robinson, two granddaughters, Amber Sheffield, and Maci Robinson, and three great grandchildren, Elie and Kodi Sheffield, and Kai Emmett Robinson, two sisters, Pam Groce, Frances Jane Campbell, and several nieces and nephews.
Shirley was a 1967 graduate of Indian Lake High School. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and playing Bingo. She loved spending time with her family.
Shirley’s nephew, William Willoughby will begin funeral services at noon, Monday, September 22, at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St, Lakeview, OH, with visitation from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
