The Bellefontaine Intermediate School Parent-Teacher organization is currently conducting a fundraiser to generate funds toward the purchase of a new piece of playground equipment for the school.
The PTO went into the school in November and put on a vote day prior to the election, where students had the chance to vote on playground equipment. Through the process, students selected a new spider climbing set.
With installation, the total cost is $24,000. So far, the PTO has raised 19,000, so their goal is to raise $5,000 through the fundraiser to purchase the new spider climbing set.
Donations may be made with cash, checks made out to BIS BTO or through Venmo.
