A driver and young passenger each were hospitalized following a one-vehicle crash that occurred shortly after 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 30, in the area of U.S. Route 33 at U.S. Route 68 in Harrison Township.
Candice Madigan, 36, of Russells Point, was cited for failure to control after she lost control of the 2004 black Chevy Avalanche pickup truck she was driving along westbound U.S. 33 near U.S. 68, deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report. Her vehicle reportedly spun 180 degrees and struck a guardrail.
Madigan and a three-year-old passenger in the truck were taken by Bellefontaine squad to Mary Rutan Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
Damage to the truck was disabling and it was towed from the scene.
