Danielle N. Laws, 30, of Russells Point, was issued a summons for criminal damaging after damaging two vehicles early Monday, Dec. 2, parked outside a Boggs Street, DeGraff, residence.
The owners of the vehicles — a 2011 Nissan Sentra and a 2006 Pontiac Torrent — contacted Logan County Sheriff’s deputies about 1:10 a.m. to report the suspect’s actions and the damage to the vehicles.
Laws reportedly drove around the area of the residence for about an hour. She then began banging on the home’s door and cussing at its occupants before “keying” the sides of Nissan and the sides and hood of the Pontiac. She then left the scene and returned to throw a large chunk of concrete through the Nissan’s rear windshield before fleeing the scene.
Deputies went to the suspect’s residence where she admitted to damaging the vehicles. She told deputies she left work, traveled the residence and became enraged when she discovered the male occupant there with another woman.
