Through steadfast determination and self-awareness, Chloe Grisez found her employment niche in the middle of a pandemic. Chloe realized she could use her kindness and her interest in being around others in a positive manner.
After graduating from Ohio Hi-Point studying food and nutrition, she made the leap to put her knowledge into work. She joined the employment force at Mary Rutan Hospital in January of 2021 and has been smiling ever since.
Working in the nutrition field continues to be important to her and she loves working with her co-workers, patients and visitors. Her favorite place to deliver meals is the Family and Birthing Center at Mary Rutan Hospital. Chloe works diligently to ensure each patient receives the correct meal as food needs, allergies, and nutrition requirements are an important part of a person’s health journey.
Chloe ensures that each patient and visitor receives a smile. She believes smiling is infectious and will reduce the amount of stress people feel about being in a hospital. Helping people be the healthiest while they heal is important to Chloe and she takes her job seriously.
Chloe’s five-year plan is to transition to full-time employment at Mary Rutan Hospital while continuing to learn and grow. Advocacy is important to Chloe, and she wants to continue to challenge herself and improve her life.
Discovering her potential through learning opportunities will help her live her best life and provides a good example to others. Chloe’s underlying interest in spreading joy and positivity through her infectious smile and pure kindness is going to take her far in life.
