Kayleen Grago, 32, of Bellefontaine, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following a rear-end collision that occurred Sunday, Oct. 20, in the area of west Sandusky and Garfield avenues.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report Grago was westbound on Sandusky Avenue in a 2008 Acura TLX when she struck the rear of westbound 2012 gray Honda Civic driven by Karalyn Henry, 27, of Bellefontaine.
No injuries were reported. Functional damage was reported to both vehicles.
