Kelley Donovan, 21, of Urbana, was cited for failure to yield the right of way following a two vehicle crash that occurred shortly before 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 19, at the intersection of Main Street and Allen Road.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report Donovan was traveling eastbound on Allen Road and attempted to make a southbound left turn onto Main Street when she pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Chris Brown, 63, of Bellefontaine who was traveling west to east through the intersection.
Heavy damage was reported to the both vehicles. No injuries were reported.
