Janice Marie Stahler 85 of Rushsylvania passed away Sunday September 22, 2024, in her home on her family farm. She was born August 22, 1939, to Clayton and Elise (Marling) Young. She was preceded in death by her Husband Jack Stahler (her Elvis) who she married on July 12, 1959. She was also preceded in death by her Siblings: Janet (Leo) Oswalt, Carey (Judy) Young, Larry (Edith) Young, brothers-in-law Bob Burrell, Lloyd Ferguson, Darrell (Mary Lou) Stahler, Richard Stahler, Jr (Barb) Stahler, Nephew Kevin (Christine) Stahler.
She is survived by her Sister Joyce Burrell, in laws Nora Ferguson, and Dan (JoAnn) Stahler and many nieces and nephews.
Janice was a homemaker and worked at Westinghouse for years and different small jobs before retirement. Her greatest love was her family! Kids Jack (Stacey) Stahler, Sandy (Larry) McKirahan, and Chad (Amy) Stahler. Her grandchildren Brittany (Levi) Oglesbee, Jayme (Travis) Hefner, Landon (Shanel) McKirahan, Trent Stahler, Danika (Jake) Tracey, Trey Stahler, Jensen Stahler, Keagan Stahler, Mia Stahler. Plus 10 great grandchildren.
You would always find her on the sidelines supporting all of her kids and grandkids. they were the joy in her life, and she was their biggest fan.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, September 30, 2024 at Jennings Farley and Seeley funeral home 5591 US Highway 68 S. West Liberty OH 43357.
Visitation will be on Sunday September 29, 2024 from 2 to 5 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
